Adventure Painting
An annual residency that takes artists on an adventure.
We traveled through the Candian Rockies exploring all the glacial lakes, mountains, and waterfalls. We went from August 20 to September 2.
From October to November 5 residents traveled from Seattle, Washington to Las Angeles, CA. The trip took them through the volcanic mountain ranges of the Pacific Northwest, the redwoods, Yosemite Valley, and the Southern California Coast.
This was the first iteration of Adventure Painting. Two Residents took off from Denver, Colorado in a box truck and traveled through the South West and Eventually a Third Resident joined them in Phoenix. The 26 day trip took them through New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Southern California, and Utah.
